Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If a file is not what you hoped, e-mail hello@tintedcells.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. The refund goes back to the original payment method (BLIK and Przelewy24 refunds return to your bank account) within 5–10 business days.

We only ask two things: that you tell us what did not work (so the next version is better), and that you delete the files after the refund.

Bundles are refunded as a whole. Files bought on Etsy follow Etsy's process.
