Files & formats

Excel or Google Sheets? Both. Excel 2016 or newer and Microsoft 365 open the .xlsx directly. For Google Sheets, upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, and choose File → Save as Google Sheets — formulas, verdicts and charts carry over.

Which edition do I get? All of them. Every workbook comes as Light and Dark, in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD and INR, and — for the top files — in Polish, German, French and Spanish. The download page lists each one.

Mac / iPad / phone? Excel for Mac and the Excel apps open the files; the ritual page is designed for a laptop screen.

Updates? Free, forever. Re-send your links from the downloads page and you get the newest version.

Payment

Methods. BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Link. Checkout is hosted by Stripe; no card data touches this site.

Currency. Prices are shown in PLN, EUR, USD or GBP — switch at the top of the page. You pay the amount shown; VAT is included where it applies.

Invoice. Tick “I’m purchasing as a business” at checkout and add your NIP / VAT ID. The invoice PDF arrives with the download e-mail.

Refunds. 14 days, no questions asked. One e-mail. See the refund policy.

Licence

Personal or single-business use, unlimited copies for yourself. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files. Teams and resellers: write to us for a licence.

Does it work in Google Sheets? Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets — every formula, dropdown and verdict carries over. It also works in Excel 2016 or later, Excel for Mac and Excel Online.

Is this a physical product? No — it is an instant digital download. Nothing will be shipped. After purchase you will find the file under Purchases & Reviews on Etsy.

Can I change the currency, categories or dates? Yes. Everything you ever type lives on the Settings sheet (currency, targets, categories, dates). The rest recalculates from there. Sample data is included so every page works on day one — clear it when you start.

What if I have no idea how spreadsheets work? You only type into the tinted cells. Every sheet has a one-line instruction at the top, and the Start sheet walks you through setup in five steps. If something still confuses you, message me — I answer.

Do you offer refunds? Digital files cannot be returned, but if the template does not open or does not do what the listing says, message me within 30 days and I will fix it or refund you.
